Most Durex condoms are made from natural rubber latex extracted from rubber trees, mostly in Thailand. The quality of the latex is affected by the terroir, the climate and soil conditions. A few hours south of Bangkok, in the wooded rural region of Surat Tani, we visited the vineyard equivalents.
