Introduction

In the early 90s, a serial killer targeting gay men was on the loose in the Northeast. HBO's four-part documentary series, Last Call, revisits the full lives and brutal deaths of the men who died and the relationships they left behind. We're trying to understand why, after 10 years, this case remains unsolved. 30 years before 11 bodies were discovered along Ocean Parkway, there was another huge Long Island murder story. And we think it might hold important clues to the investigation.
