Sydney: I'm always happy to talk about sales development. The gist of it is I'm really starting to see that it's doing more damage than good with the current practices that are being set. When we look back 10 years ago, how was information gathered by prospect? So I want to make a purchase in B2B. What do I have to do? We'll call it the analog buying area. You need to get that information from the vendor directly and by speaking with sales. Compare that to today when we will call it the digital era of, you know, think like Netflix, on demand, culture, everything else.
