I'm well read upon the subject because it's been a lifelong, crippling problem for me. When i set out to do the writing book, i thought, wil, i'm not going towite about procrastination... But overtime, i eventually realized that i actually, even though it's still major thing for me, i've learn a lot about it,. And it has helped understanding. It has helped. This is stuff that i wish somebody had told me a long time ago. So i now have like, the document, the word document, that's like 80 pages of notes and drafts for a chapter on procrascination - which could be at most like eight or ten pages
