Introduction
Alan Duntan has a PhD in skill acquisition and is a lecturer at NTU Cork. He was a high performing athlete himself in Taekwondo. I have followed Alan on Twitter for quite some time and enjoyed how he sees the world. There were a couple of times in this chat when I had light bulbs go off.
