How Does the Bitcoin Network Work?
LSE's Andrew Keen and Igor Makarov have written a paper on the Bitcoin network. They wanted to see how transaction on that network work, which they did by transforming blocks into transactions. The study looked at miners, exchanges, gambling sites as well as illegal addresses through which people are transacting in Bitcoin. LSE: We should probably establish some language here because the space is sort of, it's new, it's complex.
