You Have to Stop Labelling Things as Bad or Negative or Evil

You have a habit of resisting that's been developed over the last, however many decades of life you've been living. Any time you feel something you don't like, even just a little bit, you automatically label it as bad or evil or negative. The feeling of hurt does not actually hurt you. An emotion only causes suffering to you when you resist it. A super conductor is never damaged by electricity, even if it's very strong. You can go look those up if you want to learn more. It'll take time to retrain yourself, but it'll be very worth it. Now i want to give you a couple of last pointers here.
