Larry Hillblum and Mercedes Feliciano

Larry Hillblum met his wife Mercedes at a bar when she was just 14 years old. He promised to marry her one day, but died before the deadline for heirs to be able to make claims on his estate. Private detectives were hired to go around Saepan and Manila's infamous sex clubs to find any more illegitimate children so that their client could represent them. One PI found 15-year-old Mercedes Feliciano, who came from Parenéche, one of the most deprived slums in Manila. She told investigators that Hillblum had met her when she was 16 months pregnant with his child. But there was still no way of proving legitimacy without DNA evidence.
