Mike Cevallos: I want to close with some sort of mental models around company building or venture investing that you believe perhaps are no longer true or not as true as they once were because maybe market dynamics have shifted. blitz scaling is his example of that that works for things like LinkedIn, Facebook, things with immensely high gross margin businesses, maybe doesn't work for we work and maybe not even Uber. He says there are certain situations where Jeffrey Moore's technology adoption lifecycle is not as relevant. And so in those cases, it's irrational not to try to cover the whole market.
