Is There a Critical Flaw in Direct Democracy?
This was traditionally why you had so many barriers to, like, ruling or even votingk for a long time. The founding fathers were really afraid of mob rule and things of that nature. But in a sense, those people are subject t the same things. We're not necessarily choosing people based on their ability to reason through um to from first principles. And this is why we get like, very empty political slogans all the time.
