Anime and the New Youth Movement in Russia

A lot of people follow this, not just in Russia, but all the way around the world. A bunch of fans, particularly some uber fans, called themselves PMC Riodan after this shadow troop. They have a distinctive outfit of checked trousers, like a black hoodie or the like with a suitably multi legged spider with a number on the back of it. And what happened is basically there's been a whole bunch of quite significant brawls and that has touched off a whole moral panic.
