i was one of those people for a long time who said i couldn't meditate, because my brain is always on. For me, it was first of all recognizing and realizing that meditation is not zero thoughts. It's accepting the thoughts as they come and just releasing them. Once i felt really good with those two minutes, then i moved to three minutes. Then i moved to five minutes, then I moved to seven.
