Use intentional gesturing, like whenever you're talking about something true really wide. Spread your arms out when you'r talkng about something tall. Put your hand up above your head. And it does help, even with kids. Like if you're able to talk through things with kids and use gestures that make sense to them, like it can help them as well. It's just a social thing.
