What's the Difference Between Brand and Culture?

At a certain point you must have considered changing the name of it, right? Right. Well, and I think that's one of the things that I tried to bring to the dynamic when we were doing the testing is that we actually didn't necessarily have a preconceived notion. And again, when we tested that out we found it to be much more of a positive than even what we anticipated. I would say in general, though, I think we've really hardened and solidified the cultural dynamic. The pivot is also complete. And for me, the team dynamic is kind of probably where a huge part of my focus, for sure, always is.
