I feel like you're offering such powerful and important information. I wanna touch on exercise, because you've mentioned it a few times. Is there one form of exercise that's better than another when it comes to cancer prevention? Or are they all sort of, you know, unequal playing field? Well, I think one has to be like to prevent cancer. Anything cardiovascular is gonna bring oxygen and it's gonna make your normal cells healthier. You get into a low range of ketosis with some exercise and the normal cells get super healthy.

He received a PhD in 1976 in genetics and neurochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, followed by a postdoctoral degree from Yale University in the field of neurochemistry and genetics.
