Do You Think We're Going to Have a Big Breakout?

The dollar index is up almost a % on the day. The spike above 97 overnight was obviously a safety trade event. I don't think that there's really been that big of a material change in the news about what's happening in the russia, ukraine situation. We're going to have a show entirely focused on geo politics next week. And why did it happen? It's a bit of a mystery to me.
