I think now is a much better time because there's all sorts of fellowships and programs like you know LBF, longevity biotech fellowship available for people who are just getting interested in longevity. Invest in Bitcoin maybe that would be one advice I mean like if we're talking something useful for people these days right we're entering longevity. Just the advice would be to study existing yeah kind of description of the landscape of the field and various areas of research.
