How much belief is required for a hypnotic trends? It depends. You have to believe that what's happening is interesting or you won't have focus and you can't have hypnosis without focus. The thing I find intriguing about that is so again, you're describing phenomena that are largely hypnotic. Without being classical. Exactly. But I've corrected myself here because you do have to believe, but not consciously.
