Is There a Negative?

The fifth value that we remind our team about is when they don't see something themselves, they actually see something in me or in the organization that they don't like. We call it passing negatives up and positive down. It's just a principle that praise goes down, negativity goes up. So again, you're allowed to have it. What's not okay is to send that negative to the wrong place. And now this one's good.
