What Is the Standing Issue in the UNC vs UNC Case?
Harvard's brief says, quote, Asian American applicants are accepted at the same rate as other applicants and now make up more than 20% of Harvard's admitted classes. The federal courts of the district court and the first recorded appeals upheld Harvard's use of racing admissions included if they did not discriminate. So in the UNC case though, it raises for the Title VI claim as well as a claim under the Constitution.
