In the more traditional like public schools right you have recess which is just like a break from what the learning is. We're never sitting down and being like this is the instruction well not never I don't know what you do but at least when they're young you're not sitting down and doing instruction. Not as much sometimes for the older kindergarten student I do have little more instruction like activities that needs little more instruction than others.
