What Kinds of Incentives Are You Offering?

i'm wondering what you think of incentives as as a tool for getting people to a place of non instrumentality. How do we shape culture to get more people to kind of transform themselves into more holistic creatures who aren't just driven by, let's say, prestige or competition? i don't have grand answers for this because i have only local, local experience. I mean, the wisdom of the age is right. This is what wisdom is for, is figuring out how to build culture in ways that help people be good rather than bad.
