LGV Serology

LGV has been a major player in symptomatic STIs for the past five to seven years, too. It's based on clinical suspicion that correct epidemiology as well as the presence of a positive chlamydia and app test itself. Chlamydia serology is great to help confirm a diagnosis, but they have no sort of established diagnostic utility.
