How to Balance Early and Late Stance

Athletes like athletes across the board, sports in general are force output driven. They're trying to get something done quickly or they're trying to beat somebody to a spot. And so when that becomes kind of where you live on a daily basis and then also that becomes your go to for most task completion, you end up living in that middle to late stance with no forward movement. So there's a lot about that that's very necessary. I think some things that hold back a lot of the athletes that like, you know, I'm a very amateur athlete.
