I've been in tech for a pretty long time and I've, the company I'm at now did go public. But that's one in a decade or 15 years of companies that have all given me stock and given me less cash. When you're young enough, you fall for it where it's like, oh, you're gonna get stock and it sounds fancy. It sounds like, you know, but the reality is most of the time you just might as well set that shit on fire. Eventually you learn, I can't eat stock, I can’t pay rent and stock. This is, this is monopoly money. This does not mean sh*t."
