When you talk about the need to modify the filibuster, do you mean using getting rid of it in instances like codifying Roe? Is that something you're talking about? Like I would say at a minimum in terms of instance of codifying rights. And worse, if we're not getting to the point where things happen, then we do get rid of it. Another issue that's likely to dominate the campaign going forward is Donald Trump's very various crimes.
