Getting More Community Involvement in a Decentralized Project

I think a lot of dows that are out there are these just it's either controlled by s or the voting that their putting, the propositions o their puting up for vote are just like meaningless. So if you have a centralized road map where you're just executing to according to different types of things, i need to get bitout, then it's probably not the right time to turn yourself into ado. Tow, that's a great point. Would you not use a dow if you want to get more community involvement andd truly have this be a decentralized project? I think tos or start to be com really meannful.
