You cannot defeat what you do not define. You must acknowledge somewhere in your leadership, we all have vulnerabilities. This is the area where i am weak. Or this is where i am consistently irresponsible. And change it this year, name the one behavior limiting your leadership. What would it be? Maybe professionally, you might say, ok, i've got to stop procrastinating. It might be you just waste time scrawling through social media, or wasting time playing video games, or binge washing,. whatever. The challenge is when you have something that is so out of line that holds everybody back, you have to address that in your leadership.
