Is There a Difference in the Treatment of Glomerulonephritis?
You're probably going to want to avoid asinibirous in the middle of acute kidney injury. It took some time to get her blood pressure down, but she did kind of like it. So you have deposition of these immune complexes that are activating and consuming the complements. She has pretty diffuse proliferative glomerulone ofitis or findings consistent with that. And they noted that this was consistent with class for lupus nephritis given her clinical picture.
