How to Know if You're Progressing
I don't think any of us spend a lot of time thinking about, you know, how do we know that we progressed, right? So if we go from 80 for eight to 82.5 for seven, I think there's not a lot of people again who would consider that a regression. In fact, I would say most people would consider it that way. It might actually be that the reason why you're even having these thoughts is just simply for logistical reasons. Like you just don't have small enough weight plates to actually measure the progression that is actually there. Your weight plates are just too big often.
