Identifying Investment Grade Suburbs

For us to identify investment grade suburbs, we're looking for trends in income over the period of time. We always say that, and I'm borrowing your term here, as an investor, you want to be a price-taker, not a price-maker. So it doesn't matter if there's a high percentage of investors in a small boutique block for that reason. The general consumer just can't compete with 10 million data points that we're looking at to basically give us our trigger location.
