The Importance of System Thinking

Systems thinkers need to understand that there's a much bigger game being played here in life than just growth, or just success. System thinking is antitribal because its integrative. It integrates the whole thing. We don't make distinctions between people. We see all people is basically the same. And not just people, but even animals, in even the environment. You cannot run a sustainable dictatorship these days on the planet. Never ending growth is not what humanity is about. If it is, then we're just a cancer.
