Is Joel an ENFP or a Bohemian ENFP?

The ENFP is a personality type that can be either introverted or extroverted. It's hard to see Joel as an ENFP because he's not the vomiting rainbows ENFP. He's the ENFP that knows what he wants and goes for it. And then there are tons of ENFPs that work in organizations, including one I've met who was from East Asia. They usually exist in large organizations but they are quiet crusaders behind the scenes.
