Is Air Gap Signing a Crypto Thing?
In an air gap environment, this is not a crypto thing, right? Air gap signing is how we're going to take a fun little detour. It really gets to the thing that we talked about in our Bitcoin episode, David. When you have the private key, it's super easy to sign a transaction with it. You don't need a lot of compute for 1000 years to try and sort of brute force and figure out what the private key was. But short of a firmware update, you're not actually having to trust ledger at all.
