I've Never Had a Successful Exit Event, Right?
In the past, i've beenbasically jaded. I've never had a successful exit, right? And and so i have a couple of questions. On one contract, there was stipulation that, you know, obviously, you had to purchase em within 90 days of having having left the organization. But then if they didn't have an exit event within 12 months, then those that stock was like, expired, worthless, or something like that. So t it seems weird. Never heard of it before. There could be some thing ta amissing about it that i don't know. It doesn't sound like something i'd be a fan of as an employee or a founder
