Design Fundamentals - The Beginning Points of Great Design
At intercom, we follow nine fundamentals of great interaction design. Quickly following design standards enables us to deliver value in many ways customers become familiar with it more quickly. People find it easier to navigate through manu items if they are composed of a combination of an i con and a short label. A clear information hierarchy using fun size, weight, color and white space allows people to scan a content of a page.
