Building Out a Content Team

I want to circle back around to you a little bit about how you were building out, ad thinking about and leading your content team. I know that a topic that has come up recently within the field of content design is content leads feeling like they want to connect with others and find support. Aly iam very conscious all the time of wanting to be the best leader i can, and not in a weird egotistical way, but i want to learn how to be a better people leader. So i'm very open to yet understanding from others, yet learning from one another.
