The Importance of Culture in ESRI Implementation
The major win was the culture. Engineers understood the need to be on call and operationally responsible for the services in which they built operations. A good number of us weren't coding all the time, and I think we were starting to sharpen that axe and start using that skill more often. The split of the features was done in such a way that it wasn't required. It is actually making me really excited about taking ESRI concepts and making them work in a way which helps engineers in the organization in the future.
