The Inequality and Freedom That Exists in the World During the Pandemic

The loss of freedom occurred in rich countries and poor countries, democracies and non-democracies. And it's become very clear that there were excesses, especially in the authoritarian countries who used the pandemic as a pretext to crack down on their own population. So we could say that the inequality and freedom that already exists in the world may very well be growing in the coming years because of the pandemic.
