The Effects of Wedge Movement on Achilles Problems

Athletes who tend to have lower leg problems like Achilles issues for sure they tend to have really limited movement in that that heel bone. A take the wedge place it behind your foot running in from if 12 o'clock in front of you running in from 6 o'clock so the thin end of the wedge is under your heel and create something to roll down to simulate that plantar flexion which sends the pressure forward.
