If you are a product manager, how would you do things differently than they're typically done? I think there's no insult worse than having skilled developers being thrown into the situation of a five percon cross functional team. In my ideal company, it would just be that the c to c p o and experienced officer would either be amazing friends or work like this sort of amazing amiba.
