Introduction
Jock Zontrilo, world famous chef and master chef judge, has died unexpectedly at the age of 46. When he came in for this interview with me just 18 months ago that we wanted to replay for you today,. I can't say that I knew a lot about him or his work. But by the time we both walked out of the studio an hour later, we were fast friends. He made dessert in my kitchen. As we watched, it was the most incredible chocolate souffle that I've ever eaten. And we sat together around the fire and talked really late into the night about his life.
