Exercise is often equivalent to the use of antidepressant and clinical trials. It's often free, it's accessible and the safety profile is extremely high as compared to standard antidepressant medications. Exercise in the morning was helping to optimize sleep in the evening. We just need to get our tissues and our endocrine system and our nervous system synced up. So that's number four of our fantastic five in this morning routine.
