How to Manage Your Finances

I use FreshBooks, which is a time tracker and accounting app. I mainly use it for the time tracker because it's really good for me to know how long specifically I've spent on each task during the project. It also logs all my hours for the tasks and the projects, and then I can invoice from that account. That's great for the client as well, because then they can see exactly what I've spent time on doing. For example, a client last month really liked having Skype meetings in between doing theProjects. So once I sent the invoice with all the time tracker, they could see how much time I'd actually had to charge them for chatting to me on Skype
