Nicky was on drugs when he allegedly robbed a man's house. He is said to have been 'out of his head' and had an out-of-body experience. If someone came out of the room and saw Nicky, they'd be like, oh no, this is real bad now. The defendant replied: "I'm beside myself. I'm smack"
