Is It Better to Photograph Your Paintings?

For me, plainer painting is about the color. If you take a photograph, you lose it. You do not have all that subtlety and color. And sometimes is just completely different. It's more contrast. When i photograph my painting, which is, i'm photographing pigmentat right. I'm not photographing like a al the scene any more,. The colors are usually wrong when the cameras just don't capture it correct. "The only camera i've ever really been impressed with is the black magic"
