The Wild Bit of the Game - Is the Federal Reserve Really on Top of That?

The fear and the dead bodies is that I'm not 100% sure that the majesty of the US central bank, the Federal Reserve, is really on top of that offshore lending. And so that pool of dark money has spent the last 15 years completely disinterested in financing commercial win-win-win trees... So it's an entirely speculative, crazy, mental part of the system which is driving asset prices through the roof.
