We need to think, are institutions properly pointing in the right direction? Are they pointing to justice and care for the weak. And so when you see institutional practices, as we did in the trump administration, that we're pointing in the exact opposite directions of truth - then we do have to make some evalation. We're going in the wrong direction. It's not just that there's a gap, it's that we're actually, the signs gotten turned around, and we're writing incorrectly there.
