Pete has been reading a fantastic book about long termism. He asked people if they think things will be better or worse in 10, 100, 1000 and 10,000 years. The pollster found that the majority of Australians believe we are on balance worse off now than at any point in our history. But he said it doesn't mean there's not a positive future for humanity.
