Is There a Difference Between IQ and IQ?

I don't think that Asians are 100 plus SAT points smarter, if you will, than Northern Europeans or Western coastal Africans. So when you see these IQ scores from the developing world, like 79 from Albania, by the way, I actually don't think it means anything about the potential intelligence of Albanians. And at the non genetic level, simply training and having enough understanding to eat well and how to take tests is all a matter of culture. If you want to go there is rich men who have more children on the line, so down the line, they're not going to catch up in time.
